I rated this fair only because the puree was completely melted when it arrived, despite all the cooling packaging. Luckily that worked in my favor as I wanted to divide the puree into smaller portions anyway and I had read in the Q&A that you could refreeze if it arrived thawed.

This cheese product arrived on schedule. I was a little concerned because of the the number of days it took for the product to arrive, because it needed to be cool in transit. It arrived well packed with plenty of ice to keep it cool. My wife and I have consumed the product and it was great.

Jar leaked a tiny bit...I live in the South, so most likely due to the heat during transport. It's all good though, the jar is in tact and I am happy with the mustard, thank you!

My order arrived completely defrosted. I was concerned about the safety. I contacted Le Village. Instead of just answering my questions the seller advised the item should not have been completely defrosted and therefore they we're sending me a replacement at no cost to me. The replacement item arrived in 2 days time and was still partially frozen. I look forward to ordering additional flavors from them.
