I contacted levillage about it no longer being needed due to the delay and concern for the quality of the product before it was delivered. I was told that the delay by the carries due to weather is not their fault and the packaging is good for 48 hours. My tracking info showed that it was picked up by the carrier on 1/11, however they said it wasn’t picked up until 1/18. Unsure if the truth

I was not sent what I ordered. I ordered two packages of three legs individually wrapped. I received one package of six legs that I had to then separate into individual legs for freezing. There was a reason I ordered them individually wrapped. Now I won't be able to store tham as long as I wanted to because of freezer burn.

Item delivered 12:30 7/24/14. FedEx Tracking yesterday said it was out for delivery. Items arrived at what appeared to be room temperature today - 24 hours later. Should have been delivered yesterday as indicated to ensure proper food safety standards.
