Great item! It is not as crumbly as parmigiano from Italy but this was a hugely flavorful cheese that everyone enjoyed at the party where we served it. And the price for a 15 pound wheel (yes, it is VERY large) was excellent

Jar leaked a tiny bit...I live in the South, so most likely due to the heat during transport. It's all good though, the jar is in tact and I am happy with the mustard, thank you!

Item arrived promptly. Well packaged - it was frozen when it arrived, as desired. Haven't tasted it yet, but am hoping to taste it in some delicious cocktails very soon!
