SHIPPING & PACKING INFORMATION
To ensure quality control, all domestic and imported products offered on levillage.com are directly shipped from fulfillment centers.
All fresh, frozen and other temperature-sensitive products are stored in freezers, reefers or temperature controlled chambers before being carefully packed and sealed, and straightly released to our selected shipping carrier for prompt delivery to your door. In order to maintain the quality and stability of the products, we use a fully insulated bag or a styrofoam box, and we additionally surround the products with non-toxic frozen gel packs to minimize temperature escalation during transportation. To further protect the products, we place the insulated bag or styrofoam box in a sealed double-strength corrugated carton filled with foam peanuts. If you plan a road trip or a picnic in the near future, please keep in mind that our insulated bags, styrofoam boxes and gel packs are reusable.
Le Village is committed to delivering outstanding products in a timely fashion. To meet your expectations, we have chosen FedEx as our main shipping carrier, and to accommodate your needs, we have selected the following 6 shipping service levels you can choose from during the checkout process. Please see sections on each shipping service level below for details.
You may also request specific delivery dates. See relevant section below for details. In the event of spoilage or damage due to a shipping delay or shipping carrier's mishandling, we will issue your choice of a full refund or a replacement unless extreme temperature occurred in your geographical area at time of delivery or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Express Saver Service
Express Saver service, also referred as to "Expedited service" is available Monday through Friday. Assuming no holidays, delivery occurs within 3 business days, depending on distance from fulfillment center to destination, by 5 p.m. to Continental US business addresses and by 8 p.m. to continental US residential addresses. This service cannot be used for shipping perishable products and for any other shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Some restrictions may apply. See Shipping Restrictions for details.
Second Day Service
Second Day service, also referred as to "2-Day service", is available from Monday through Friday for non-perishable products and from Monday through Wednesday for perishable products unless extreme temperature is forecast in your geographical area at time of delivery. Assuming no holidays, delivery occurs within 2 business day by 5 p.m. to most continental US., AK and HI business addresses and by 8 p.m. to continental US, AK and HI residential addresses. Second Day with Saturday Delivery service
Second Day with Saturday delivery service is only available on Thursday to select areas. Assuming no holidays, delivery occurs on Saturday by 5 p.m. to most continental U.S. business addresses and by 8 p.m. to continental US residential addresses. This service can be used for shipping non-perishable products as well as perishable products unless extreme temperature is forecast in your geographical area at time of delivery. Standard Overnight
Standard Overnight service is available Monday through Thursday. Assuming no holidays, delivery occurs by 3 p.m. on the next business day to most continental US addresses (by 4:30 p.m. to remote areas). The delivery service to AK and HI incurs a $15 additional charge. If you wish a Saturday delivery, please refer to the Priority Overnight with Saturday Delivery service. Some restrictions may apply. Priority Overnight
Priority Overnight service is available Monday through Thursday. Assuming no holidays, delivery occurs by 10.30 a.m. on the next business day to most U.S. addresses (by 5:00 p.m. to remote areas). Priority Overnight with Saturday Delivery service
Priority Overnight service is only available on Friday to select areas. Assuming no holidays, delivery occurs by 10.30 a.m. on Saturday to most U.S. addresses (by 5:00 p.m. to remote areas). This service can be used for shipping non-perishable products as well as perishable products unless extreme temperature is forecast in your geographical area at time of delivery. Specific Shipping Delivery Date Request
We are pleased to offer you the convenience of requesting specific delivery dates. To take advantage of this service, indicate the date you wish your order to be delivered on the ‘’Shipping Info’’ page at time of checkout.
Spend & Save on Shipping Charges
To help you get the best value on every purchase, you may benefit from discounted shipping charges that are automatically applied based on your qualifying order value. “Order value” refers to the cart subtotal, exclusive of shipping charges, e-Gifts cards, sales tax if applicable or other non-product charges. The following discounts apply:
- Orders with a subtotal of $99 or more qualify for a $5 discount on initial shipping charge
- Orders with a subtotal of $149 or more qualify for a $7 discount on initial shipping charge
- Orders with a subtotal of $199 or more qualify for a $10 discount on initial shipping charge
The applicable discount is automatically deducted from the shipping charge (no code needed) once the corresponding threshold is reached. These discounts apply solely to initial shipping charges and do not constitute a price reduction on the products purchased.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship outside the United States, to P.O. Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses.
- Unless you have opted for the ‘’Second Day with Saturday Delivery or Priority Overnight with Saturday Delivery’’ shipping services, orders for perishable products placed after Wednesdays 8:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped on the following Monday, assuming not a holiday.
- Some remote areas may not be served by our shipping Carrier, or may have a later delivery commitment. If delivery is not available to your zip code, your order will be either shipped using an alternate shipping carrier or canceled.
- Delivery normally scheduled to be made on a holiday will be rescheduled for delivery on the following business day, assuming not a holiday.
- Unless a direct or indirect Signature Service has been requested at time of purchase, your order will be left by the Carrier’s driver at your front door or at your main lobby. We cannot assume responsibility for any damages or theft that may occur after delivery time.
- In the event of sudden inclement weather or extreme temperatures, it is possible that deliveries may be restricted or impaired. We cannot assume responsibility in these instances.
