The website hereinafter referred as to the "Web Site" is accessible at www.levillage.com. The Web Site, its content and its online shopping services, is owned and operated by Foodiva Inc, hereinafter collectively referred as to "FDVC", "us", "we" or "our". "You", "you" or "your" refer to the person, company or other legal entity that accesses and uses the Web Site. FDVC and you collectively refer as to the “Parties”.

These Terms & Conditions, hereinafter referred as to "Terms & Conditions", and our Privacy Statement, collectively constitute the sole and entire legal agreement between you and FDVC, and supersede all prior Terms & Conditions. Your use of the Web Site is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Statement herein.

By accessing or using the Web Site, you agree you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Aside from these Terms & conditions, all other statements made on the Web Site are intended for your convenience only and do not form, in any way, part of these Terms & Conditions. FDVC reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, and in FDVC's sole discretion, to amend these Terms & Conditions. Any amendments by FDVC will be effective only as to orders you place subsequent to FDVC's revisions of these Terms & Conditions as displayed on the Web Site. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms & Conditions prior to submitting each order and FDVC has no responsibility to notify you of any changes before any such changes become applicable.

The "Product(s)" collectively refer(s) to specialty foods and any other products available to order on the Web Site. "Business Day(s)" refer(s) to Monday through Friday. "Legal Holiday(s)" refer(s) to Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Good Friday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year Day.

By completing the Web Site's online registration process and by clicking the "Register" button at the bottom of the Web Site's registration page, as well as by checking the appropriate consent box, and by clicking the "Submit Order" button at the end of the checkout process, you confirm and affirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and adhere to them unconditionally, and in the form in which they appear at the time each order is submitted. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not click the “Register and Submit Order” buttons at the bottom of the Web Site's registration page and at the end of the checkout process and you must stop using the Web Site.

1. Eligibility.

The Web Site is not targeted toward or intended to be used by anyone under the age of 18. By using the Web Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have completed the initial registration process with accurate information to purchase Products. You further confirm that you do not have more than one FDVC's account and have not been previously suspended or removed from the Web Site.

2. Placing your order for Product(s) on the Web Site.

By submitting an online order, you agree to purchase from FDVC, pursuant to these Terms & Conditions, the Product(s) that you have selected. FDVC will acknowledge receipt of your order by sending you an electronic message. Such acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order, and FDVC, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to decline any order or refuse service to anyone, with or without cause or reason.

Depending of the nature of the product(s) ordered, and assuming not a holiday, orders placed Monday thru Friday before 8:00am Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same day. Perishable Product(s) as indicated by a refrigerated or frozen icon on the Product details pages may have shipping restrictions. FDVC provides the estimated delivery date of each Product on its details page according to the shipping service level selected. For more information, please consult the “Shipping info” section on the Web Site. FDVC is not able to cancel or modify any orders once they are on the processing line.

3. Order's limit.

FDVC will use its best efforts to satisfy your orders. However large orders of a particular Product will be fulfilled at FDVC's discretion or in compliance with specific laws. FDVC reserves the right to impose quantity restrictions and weight limits on any order. FDVC currently limits the weight of each order to 30 lbs unless it has been previously agreed by FDVC in writing. If FDVC processes your order, FDVC shall, in return for your payment, provide the Product(s) you ordered using the shipping service level you have selected during the checkout process or using the shipping service required.

4. Products availability.

Although FDVC believes that it will have sufficient inventory to fill your order, it is possible that unexpected demands might occasionally deplete FDVC's stock of some Product(s). In the event one or more Product(s) you have ordered are temporarily unavailable, FDVC will ship the currently available Product(s), and will put on hold remainders of your order until further instructions are received from you. FDVC will not substitute any Product for one of comparable or higher quality or value unless it is specifically mentioned on the Product's details page or unless previously agreed by you in writing. In any case, FDVC will not delay the shipment of unavailable products for more than 7 (seven) business days to wait for one or more missing Product(s).

5. Payment.

Your payment for the Product(s), shipping charges, shipping surcharges, special services if any, and sales tax if applicable, is due upon receipt by FDVC of your order. FDVC will charge the payment to the credit card that you submit to the Web Site, and you authorize FDVC to make and collect such charges. You also agree to provide FDVC with an accurate, valid and complete credit card number, expiration date and verification code at the time of checkout, and you represent and warrant to FDVC that your use of such credit card is authorized and legal.

6. Shipping information.

FDVC will ship the Product(s), using primarily FedEx, to a single delivery location you designate and within the United States only. In the unlikely event your area is not served by FedEx, FDVC will use an alternate shipping carrier or will cancel your order. FDVC does not ship to P.O. Boxes, or APO/SPO addresses.

During the checkout process, you are prompted to select your shipping service level preference, use the shipping service required or select your preferred delivery date. Unless otherwise indicated on the Web Site, a shipping charge, and in some instances, a shipping surcharge applies to each order regardless of how many packages your order is shipped in.

At the time your order leaves the fulfillment center(s), FDVC will send you an electronic message that will include the name of the shipping carrier, your shipment tracking number(s) as well as a link that directly accesses the shipping carrier tracking service to obtain information about the status of your order.

Shipping charges displayed in your shopping cart prior to login into your account are provided solely as estimates and may not reflect the final shipping charges. Upon login into your account, we automatically recalculates and updates shipping charges at checkout based on your delivery address, type of delivery (commercial or residential), selected shipping service level or preferred delivery date. Final shipping charges are displayed prior to payment and order completion. You acknowledge that estimated shipping charges displayed prior to login are for informational purposes only and may vary from the final amount. Your further acknowledge that the type of delivery (commercial or residential) you indicated at time of entering your delivery address is correct. In the event you incorrectly entered such type of delivery, you acknowledge and agree to be subject to an additional fee of $6.55 and you authorize FDVC to make and collect such charges.

You may benefit from discounted shipping charges of up to $10. These discounts are automatically applied based on your qualifying order value. “Order value” refers to the cart subtotal, exclusive of shipping charges, e-Gifts cards, sales tax if applicable or other non-product charges.

7. Delivery.

Estimated delivery times vary according to your shipping service level or delivery preference as selected during the checkout process, and FDVC delivery commitment starts from shipment date and not from the date the order is placed. In some instances, delivery may occur prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Unless a direct or indirect signature service has been requested at time of placing your order, your order will be left by the shipping carrier's driver at the recipient address’s front door, main lobby, or any other possible place available at time of delivery. In such instance, FDVC's responsibility will cease upon delivery of your order at the date and time as indicated on the tracking service of the shipping carrier's website and FDVC will not be liable for any damages or theft that may occur thereafter.

Consequently and for your protection, it is recommended that someone be present at time of delivery or that you request a direct or indirect signature service at time of placing your order. If a direct or indirect signature service has been requested at time of placing your order, and if no adult is present at the delivery address when the first delivery is attempted, FDVC’s selected shipping carrier will retain your order, and a notification of attempted delivery will be left at the recipient's address. The order will then be held until the recipient provides further delivery instructions, and upon receipt of such instructions, the selected shipping carrier will make one more attempt to deliver on either of the following two (2) consecutive Business Days. If the second delivery attempt is still unsuccessful, your order will be returned to the appropriate fulfillment center and be considered undeliverable.

In such instance, the Product(s), other than perishable, will be restocked, and FDVC will issue a credit to your credit card in an amount equal to the value of the Product(s), plus sales tax if applicable, but minus shipping charges and surcharges to and from the recipient's address, price of perishable Products, cost of special services, if any, and a $9 restocking fee.

Orders normally scheduled to be delivered on a legal or local Holiday will be rescheduled for shipment on the next business day. Since extreme temperatures adversely affect some Product(s), shipments may be exceptionally held at certain times of the year to protect the quality of such Product(s). In such instances, FDVC will attempt to ship your order as soon as reasonably possible.

Upon receipt of your order, you are responsible for carefully inspecting the Product(s) received for any damage or delivery issues. You are further solely responsible for determining the freshness of the perishable Product(s) you receive and ensure that such perishable Product(s) arrive below 40°F.

We recommend you immediately refrigerate perishable Product(s) upon delivery in order to maintain their quality and integrity. Frozen Product(s) may partially thaw in transit which will not affect quality as long as the Product(s) is/are received within 54 hours from pickup time, or unless such Product(s) have been severely exposed to an unusual source of heat during transportation. If you suspect that such perishable Product(s) be improper to consumption, discard the item(s) and contact us at 1-888-873-7194 or at info@levillage.com. We also advise that you follow cooking and food consumption instructions, and food handling safety as recommended by the USDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration). If you fail to provide a complete delivery address or incorrectly enter this information during the checkout process, our selected shipping carrier may attempt to find the correct address and try to complete the delivery. In such instances, FDVC will assess a special handling fee of $24 per address correction, and will reserve the right to charge that amount to your credit card. You authorize FDVC to make and collect such charge.

FDVC will not be liable for failing to meet its delivery commitment for: (1) any order received with an incomplete or incorrect delivery address, (2) unsuccessful delivery attempt(s), (3) observance of local holidays (e.g., Mardi Gras, St Patrick's Day), (4) restrictions imposed by FDVC's shipping carrier, (5) inclement weather, (6) extreme temperatures, (7) rerouting request, and (8) other circumstances beyond FDVC's control. In these instances, FDVC assumes no responsibility for any damages, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential, including but not limited to spoilage of the Product(s).

You may request a rerouting of your order to a new continental U.S. address as long as such change is requested before the package is out for the “last mile delivery”. “Last mile delivery” is defined as the final step of the fulfillment process, which takes place after a package is transported from a distribution center to a delivery address. Rerouting will incur a $24 fee and you authorize FDVC to charge that amount on your credit card.

8. Product pricing and information.

All prices displayed on the Web Site are in U.S. dollars and our currency converter in Euros is for your convenience only. Prices indicated for the Product(s) you have selected are subject to change without notice. Information displayed on the Web Site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, misstatements and/or omissions that relate to Product(s) descriptions, brand, and pricing. FDVC is not responsible for any inaccuracies, misstatements and/or omissions of any such information, and FDVC reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies and/or omissions at any time without prior notice, and to refuse or cancel any order that includes any Product and/or services listed at the incorrect prices.

Product’s description on the Web site is for general reference purposes only and is not intended to substitute for advice by a physician, pharmacist, or other licensed health care professional. You are responsible for reading labels, warnings, allergens, nutrition facts, ingredients, directions, and other information on the Product’ packaging before using or consuming it, as you can find more detailed Product information that has not yet been displayed or updated on the Web Site. 9. Returns and refunds.

FDVC takes great care in offering you premium-quality French and Mediterranean gourmet food Products(s). Due to the nature of food items and the non-refundable status of e-Gift cards, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once Product(s) have been shipped to you. This policy is in full compliance with applicable food safety and consumer protection regulations. See the “Claims” section below for Product(s) received damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, or for shipping failures issues.

10. Claims.

Claim for Product(s) damage and shipping service failures must be sent by email at orders@levillage.com and received by FDVC within 7 Business Days from the date of delivery. In the event FDVC's elected shipping carrier failed to make delivery, the deadline is extended to 10 business days from the date you receive notification from FDVC that your order has been shipped. Failure to give FDVC email notice of your claim within the time limits referenced above will result in a denial of your claim.

For Product(s) damage, you or the recipient must retain the original shipping package(s) and its contents for inspection until the claim is investigated and concluded, and provide FDVC with appropriate pictures. FDVC reserves the option to pick up salvage on damaged claims. If your claim is found to be valid, FDVC will, at your option, either replace the damaged Product(s) for reshipment to the originally stated recipient's address at no extra charge or issue a credit to your credit card in an amount equal to the value of the damaged Product(s) plus sales tax if applicable, special services, if any, and prorated shipping charges. Any payment made by FDVC to settle a claim will not exceed the aggregate dollar amount paid by you to FDVC for the order.

11. e-Gift cards and e-Gift card redemption

By submitting an online order for an e-Gift card, you agree to purchase from FDVC, pursuant to these Terms & Conditions, such e-Gift card for the face value you have selected. Promotional codes and other discounts are not applicable towards the purchase of e-Gift cards. FDVC’s e-Gift cards are not refundable, not redeemable for cash, cannot be returned for a cash refund, and are not transferable. FDVC is not responsible for lost or stolen e-Gift cards.

FDVC reserves the right to close any accounts and request alternative forms of payments if a fraudulently obtained e-Gift card is used to make purchases on the Web Site. FDVC's e-Gift cards cannot be applied to any order that has already been processed.

FDVC's e-Gift cards can only be redeemed through the Web Site, towards the purchase of Product(s), applicable shipping charges, sales tax if applicable, and other fees, but cannot be redeemed towards the purchase of additional e-Gift cards. Within 24 hours of placing your order for e-Gift card(s) or on your preferred delivery date as selected at time of check out, an e-mail will be sent at the address you have designated as the recipient of the e-Gift card(s). Such e-mail will include a unique alphanumeric code for each e-Gift card ordered along with your personal message if requested. Redemptions of e-Gift cards require the recipients to create their own account and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The redemption of an e-Gift card issued by FDVC will only be accepted within 3 (three) years from their date of issuance. Expiration dates do not apply in any states where prohibited by law. FDVC’s e-Gift cards can be partially redeemed and unused portions of their face value will show as a credit in your account. If an order exceeds the face value of an e-Gift card or its unused portion, you are required to pay for the balance with a credit card.

12. Customer registration, communication and support.

You agree to complete the initial registration process according to FDVC's requirements as stated on the Web Site, and to provide FDVC with accurate, complete and updated information including, but not limited to, your legal name, date of birth, billing information, residence and e-mail addresses, and appropriate telephone contact number(s).

By creating a FDVC account, you further consent as part of our relationship with you to receive digital transactional communications from FDVC such as, but not limited to, order confirmations, order processing notifications, shipment and delivery notifications, password changes, and payment issues. If, at time of registration or at a later time, you have subscribed to our newsletters, we may send you by email or by text message promotional communications including, but not limited to, newsletters, exclusive offers, information on new Product(s), surveys, kitchen tips, and other news and information we think may be of interest to you. As part of our consideration for our customers and subscribers, we will not send you more than one message weekly as an average.

You may further opt out at anytime of future communication by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any e-mail you receive from us or contact us at unsubscribe@levillage.com. FDVC will respectfully and promptly process your request. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Statement. You may submit support, orders, products and others related requests via our online form, through our live chat, or via email to info@levillage.com.

13. Customer Information changes and updates.

It is your responsibility to promptly notify your bank of any changes to your billing information, or of any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your credit card. You are responsible for promptly updating your registration information and your credit card information if applicable by accessing the appropriate section of the Web Site. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password, regardless of whether such use is authorized by you or not.

14. Sales Tax and audit.

You expressly agree to immediately report to FDVC any unpaid sales tax(es) or other amounts owed with respect to any purchases should you become aware of such omissions. You further agree to immediately pay such tax(es) and amounts should this situation arise. FDVC may audit any order at any time and reserves the right to make appropriate adjustments should an order be found to be incorrect. You authorize FDVC to make and collect such adjustments.

15. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability.

The Web Site, its contents and its online shopping services are provided on an "AS IS" or "AS AVAILABLE" basis, and are subject to change without notice. FDVC does not provide any assurances of the availability or usability by you of its online shopping services, and expressly disclaims all representations or warranties, whatsoever, as to the substance, or the accuracy or sufficiency thereof, of any Product information listed on the Web Site.

FDVC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AS TO THE PRODUCTS SOLD, THE ONLINE SHOPPING SERVICES, DELIVERIES, OR OTHERWISE. FDVC makes no warranty that the Web Site will meet your requirements, or that access to or use of the Web Site will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor does FDVC makes any warranty as to the accuracy or reliability of any communications or transmissions, or the accuracy of any alteration of your transmissions or data, or the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any information obtained through the Web Site.

You assume full responsibility and risk of loss resulting from your use of the Web Site, and from your receipt and/or your download of any materials, data, text, images, video, audio or other material obtained either directly or indirectly from FDVC. In no event shall FDVC be liable for any direct, consequential, incidental, special, punitive or other damages of any kind (including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings, business interruption, or loss of information), which may arise out of or may in any way be connected with (a) any use of the Web Site or its content, (b) any failure or delay (including, but not limited to the use of or inability to use any portion of the Web Site), or (c) the performance or non performance by FDVC, and you hereby waive any claims with respect thereto, even if FDVC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

No advice or information, either oral or written, obtained from FDVC or through the Web Site shall create any warranty not expressly made herein. FDVC shall not be liable to you for any interception of online communications, and FDVC shall conclusively presume that online communications received from you through your use of the Web Site and registration process are accurate, complete, and authorized by you. You agree not to contest the validity and binding effect of those communications.

FDVC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF YOUR CREDIT CARD, OR OTHER CONSEQUENCE BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF FDVC. ANY LIABILITY OF FDVC (INCLUDING ITS EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS) TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, LOSSES AND CAUSES OF ACTION, OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EITHER JOINTLY OR SEVERALLY, SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE AGGREGATE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO FDVC IN YOUR MOST RECENT USE OF THE WEB SITE IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO THE CLAIMED LOSS OR DAMAGE.

16. Governing laws and general terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and FDVC, and are governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to conflict of laws rules.

You consent and submit to personal jurisdiction and venue in the State of Wyoming and further agree that any cause of action relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be brought in a court in the County of Laramie, Wyoming.

17. General terms.

Use of the Web Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms & Conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth herein, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms & Conditions shall continue in effect.

You may not use or export any of the materials contained in the Web Site in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations.

FDVC shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting directly or indirectly from any causes whatsoever, unless specifically provided for in these Terms & Conditions. You agree that FDVC may communicate with you via email for purposes relating to the Web Site and any other services provided or which may in the future be provided by FDVC or on FDVC behalf.

FDVC makes no representation that materials in the Web Site are appropriate or available for use in locations other than the United States. Your use of the Web Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give full effect to all provisions of these Terms & Conditions , and you agree not to access the Web Site in any jurisdiction where all or any portion of the Web Site violates any legal requirements.

18. Proprietary rights to content.

The Web Site, including each of its modules, is the copyrighted property of FDVC. You acknowledge that content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sounds, photographs, videos, graphics or other material electronically distributed and presented to you by the Web Site, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. None of the content or data found on the Web Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, posted, transmitted, distributed, sold, transferred, modified, or used to create derivative works in any way, without the express written permission of FDVC. You may, however, display and print one copy of the materials presented on the Web Site on a single computer for your personal, non-commercial use only. In addition, the Web Site, its logo, motto, the names of actual companies, Product(s) mentioned and services referenced herein may be the service marks or trademarks, or pending service marks or pending trademarks of their respective owners. Nothing contained on the Web Site should be construed as granting by implication, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of the service marks or trademarks without the written permission of FDVC or such other party that may own the service marks or trademarks. All communications sent to FDVC including but not limited to messages, feedback, reviews, comments, ideas and suggestions (collectively referred as to the ‘’Comments’’) shall remain the exclusive property of FDVC. Your submission of any Comments shall constitute an assignment to FDVC of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Comments. You further agree that FDVC will be entitled to use, disclose, publish, reproduce and distribute any Comments you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without compensating you in any way.

19. Domain name ownership, license, and disclaimer of liability.

The Web Site is made accessible under the domain name of “levillage.com” and such domain name is independently owned and registered by a third party. The Web Site, its content and its online shopping services are created, managed, owned and operated by FDVC. The use of the domain name “levillage.com” is governed by a contractual agreement between the domain name owner and FDVC, ensuring that while “levillage.com” and its intellectual property rights remains the property of the domain name owner, all other intellectual property rights, business activities, liabilities, operational responsibilities and interactions with users associated to the Web Site rest exclusively with FDVC.

Accordingly, the domain name owner of “levillage.com“ shall have no liability whatsoever in connection with any use of the Web Site by customers or third parties, including but not limited to transactions, content, or services provided through the Web Site. All inquiries, claims, or disputes relating to the Web Site should be directed exclusively to FDVC

20. Customer's conduct.

You understand you are solely responsible for all uses of the Web Site. FDVC reserves the right to take any action, with respect to the Web Site, it deems necessary or appropriate, at its sole discretion, if FDVC believes you may create liability for FDVC. Your use of the Web Site is subject to all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations.

You agree: (1) not to use the Web Site for illegal purposes, (2) not to interfere or disrupt networks connected to the Web Site, (3) to comply with all regulations, policies and procedures of networks connected to the Web Site, (4) not to use the Web Site to infringe on any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy, (5) not to use the Web Site for attempting to gain unauthorized access to any other accounts, (6) not to use the Web Site in a manner that adversely affects the availability of its resources to other customers or interfere with another customer's use and enjoyment of the Web Site, (7) not to impersonate any person or entity in any part of a gift message, comments, feedback or other communications, and (8) not to transmit through the Web Site any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, racist, harmful, vulgar, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature.

You further agree not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state or federal law or regulation. At FDVC option and without further notice, FDVC may use technologies and procedures, such as filters, that may terminate such objectionable material without delivering it. The Web Site makes use of the Internet for you to receive information of your own choosing; therefore, your conduct is also subject to Internet regulations, policies and procedures.

21. Links.

The Web Site may contain links to other web sites that are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by FDVC of the contents of such other web sites. FDVC makes no representation or warranty regarding any other web sites or the contents or materials on such web sites. If you decide to access other web sites, you do so entirely at your own risk.

22. Confidentiality.

Information submitted to FDVC during the course of your use of the Web Site is governed according to FDVC's Privacy Statement. As a FDVC active customer, you can submit written reviews on our Products or about the Web Site and contribute to FDVC community by helping its members to make smart purchasing choices. By submitting any review, you agree that FDVC may include your review in its Products information details pages and/or in any part of the Web Site and publicly post your comments.

Your participation is limited to one review per Product listing. FDVC reserves the right to remove any review that does not comply with these Guidelines and our Terms & Conditions, and to terminate any active account for any violation.

Information on writing a meaningful review

Be specific: Your review should be relevant to the product in question and should focus on its specific features as well as your experience with it.

Review length: Your reviews must be at least 20 words long but we recommend an appropriate length between 70 and 250 words.

Be objective: We welcome your honest opinion whatever positive or negative. If your reviews are for products only, don’t let your shipping experience or customer service with FDVC interfere with your opinion.

What we don’t allow

- Don’t post reviews that contain profanity, sexually explicit, illegal or otherwise objectionable or distasteful content as determined by FDVC in its sole discretion

- Don’t make false statements, defame and impersonate someone else

- Don’t post personal information such as email and mailing addresses, phone numbers, social security or credit card numbers belonging to you or others

- Don’t post commercial reviews

- Don’t promote illegal or immoral conduct
