I rated this fair only because the puree was completely melted when it arrived, despite all the cooling packaging. Luckily that worked in my favor as I wanted to divide the puree into smaller portions anyway and I had read in the Q&A that you could refreeze if it arrived thawed.

Originally, seller sent another brand of anchovies. I contacted them, they said the Martel brand was out of stock. They sent a more expensive brand. I told them I liked Martel. They told me to keep the 2 cans of the other brand, and they sent me 2 cans of Martel when they came in stock at no charge and said not to return the 2 cans of the other brand. Their customer service was superior!
