The product was not fresh. The chocolate was dry and "white" in appearance. Awful experience...

Answer: The product was not expired but actually exposed to a source of heat during transportation. A replacement order was immediately sent to the customer.

Answer: Here is the truth. Customer cancelled the order once it had already shipped and when the order was delivered by Fedex he refused the order which was sent back to us. Order was a perishable product and stayed without proper refrigeration for 4 days. As a result, it had to be discarded upon arrival and this is the reason why no refund is due.
